The project is for developing an automated user-friendly intraoral physiotherapy and rehabilitation device which is a battery-operated, time controlled intraoral cheek blowing device with thermotherapy application to the oral mucosa in OSF patients.

This device is aimed to increase quality of life of patient by increase in patient compliance fatigue free, less skills required to perform oral rehabilitation therapy at home, delay in disease progression, increase in mouth opening by 6-8 mm when used for 1 month with main stream therapy as compared with 1-2 mm without the device. This device will reduce chair time of doctor and doctor will be able to see more patients.
